Hi, I’m Shannon and I am the photographer behind Heart Of Me Photography. I am the mom of two wild and wonderful boys and the wife to my super sweet hubby Mark.

I am an artist at heart. I have been drawing and painting since I can remember. I graduated from the University of Akron with my degree in Art Education, minoring in Graphic Design in 2002. My photography classes in college were with film cameras and a dark room. (yeah, I’m old)

I love photography, art, anything “vintage” and music. 

I describe myself as having artistic ADD. I want to do everything. Draw, Paint, Design, and take Photos.

Being creative is what keeps me going in life.

It is the heart of Me.
